With this highly flexible option, you’ll have your own expert Marketing Director available to you to help write or review marketing communications such as promotional brochures, press releases, plan for an outstanding Grand Opening event or strategize on how to increase referrals or media attention. What ever marketing activities you don’t want to do, Spa Clientéle Solutions will produce marketing activities that works to attract new clients and increase sales.

Brand Identity and Logo Design. A visual image of your business, or a logo, is an important part of developing an identity and brand for your salon or spa. With numerous uses for your logo, you’ll frequently use the high-resolution logo files you’ll receive. In addition, we’ll create your brand identity: personality, colors, audio, aroma, key messages and guidelines how to weave your brand into everything you do.

Monthly Email Newsletters. Want to build your relationship with your clients outside your salon or day spa? Regular e-mail communications are proven and cost effective way to provide your expert advice and keep your services fresh in your client’s memory. Monthly email newsletters are less expensive than quarterly direct mail postcards, provide a higher frequency of communication, allow measuring of response and gives more value to your clients. We will write, design and distribute your e-mail newsletter – working with you to create your annual plan during the setup process.
First issue set up: $590; Each ongoing email is $350.
